No. Every class has scaled options for beginners. Our coaches will modify any movement to suit your current fitness level. Most of our members started from scratch.

Just yourself and trainers. We provide towels and water for all members and trial participants. Changing rooms have showers, lockers, and toiletries.

Your free trial includes 3 classes over 7 days. Pick any classes on the timetable. No card details required to book. If you love it, we will help you choose the right membership.

Cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before class at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will use a class credit (pack members) or incur a £5 late cancel fee (unlimited members).

Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks per year at no cost. Additional freezes may incur a small admin fee. Just speak to the team at reception.

There is no on-site parking but the Deansgate NCP is a 2-minute walk. Street parking is available before 8am and after 6pm. We are also directly accessible from Deansgate tram stop.

We do not currently offer 1-to-1 personal training. Our group classes are coached at a ratio of 1 coach to a maximum of 24 members, which allows for significant individual attention.

Unlimited and 8 Pack memberships have a 3-month minimum term, then roll monthly. Off-Peak is month-to-month from day one. Drop In credits never expire.
