Head Coach & Founder
Jake Marsh
Former professional rugby league player turned coach. Jake founded FORGE in 2019 after a decade training elite athletes. His coaching style is direct, demanding, and relentlessly motivating. He programmes every class format and mentors the coaching team.

Strength Coach
Sophie Chen
Competitive powerlifter and strength and conditioning specialist. Sophie holds national records in the 63kg class and has coached over 200 members to their first bodyweight squat, deadlift, and bench press. Technique obsessed.

HIIT & Conditioning Coach
Aisha Okonkwo
Former university sprinter with a sports science degree. Aisha brings athletic programming to every session she coaches. Known for creative conditioning circuits and playlists that hit different. Her 5:30am classes have a cult following.

Marcus Hall
Former competitive cyclist and triathlete. Marcus creates ride experiences that blend performance cycling with immersive music. His classes are data-driven — expect to see your watts, RPM, and total output on screen. He will not let you coast.

HIIT Coach
Priya Kaur
Started at FORGE as a member, now one of the most popular coaches on the timetable. Priya specialises in bodyweight and minimal-equipment HIIT. Her energy is infectious and she remembers every member by name.

Boxing Coach
Callum Ward
ABA-qualified boxing coach with 15 years in the sport. Callum teaches proper boxing technique — footwork, guard, combinations — before layering in the fitness element. His pad rounds are legendary. Patient with beginners, merciless with regulars.

Tom Reeves
Physiotherapy background with a passion for getting people strong. Tom programmes FORGE LIFT and works with members recovering from injury. Calm, methodical, and very good at explaining the "why" behind every movement.

Recovery & Mobility Coach
Lily Brennan
Yoga teacher and mobility specialist who keeps FORGE members moving well. Lily runs FORGE RECOVER and programmes the pre/post-class stretching protocols. She is the antidote to the intensity — but do not mistake recovery for easy.
